Service Pay on Leaving Corporation. On retirement, severance, death or voluntary separation an employee shall be entitled to service pay calculated from January 1st to the date of departure. In the case of death, the service pay shall be paid to the employee’s dependents or beneficiaries. This Article does not apply to casual employees.
