Common use of Service Rates Clause in Contracts

Service Rates. 38.1.5.1. Certain Services shall be provided by the Service Provider at rates not exceeding the Service Rates set xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxx X0. 38.1.5.2. The Service Provider shall not increase the billing rate, contained in the Service Rates, for any particular Service Provider staff member assigned to a Project as a result of a promotion, change in job classification or otherwise without Transnet’s prior written consent.
