Common use of Service Recognition Leave Clause in Contracts

Service Recognition Leave. a) An Employee who has completed fifteen (15) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s sixteenth (16th) year of service. b) An Employee who has completed twenty (20) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s twenty-first (21st) year of service. c) An Employee who has completed twenty-five (25) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s twenty-sixth (26th) year of service. d) An Employee who has completed thirty (30) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s thirty-first (31st) year of service. e) An Employee who has completed thirty-five (35) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s thirty-sixth (36th) year of service. f) An Employee who has completed forty (40) years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s forty-one (41st) year of service.

(f) An Employee who has completed forty (40) years of service shall be granted a one one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (40) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employee’s forty-one first (41st) year of service.

The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employeeemployee’s twenty-sixth (26th) 26th year of service. d) An Employee employee who has completed thirty (30) 30 years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (4040 hours) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employeeemployee’s thirty-first (31st) 31st year of service. e) An Employee employee who has completed thirty-five (35) 35 years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (4040 hours) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employeeemployee’s thirty-sixth (36th) 36th year of service. f) An Employee employee who has completed forty (40) 40 years of service shall be granted a one (1) week paid leave of absence forty (4040 hours) hours in recognition of his service. The leave of absence shall be taken at a mutually agreeable time during the Employeeemployee’s forty-one (41st) 41st year of service.
