Service representative on the Board. ‌ 1. The Director-General agrees that the officer of the Service to be nominated to the Board pursuant to s. 71AN(3)(d) shall be the person holding the office of Regional Manager of the Service for the Region in which the Lands are located. 2. The Director-General agrees to nominate an officer of the Service to be the deputy to the officer appointed pursuant to s. 71AN(3)(d) who will have the power of the Regional Manager with respect to the Service’s function and duties on the Board.
