Grievance Representative definition

Grievance Representative means an employee designated by the Union to investigate grievances and to represent grievants at Step 1 meetings on grievances which have been properly filed under this Article when the Union has been selected as the employee’s representative.

Examples of Grievance Representative in a sentence

  • When a grievant has elected Union representation, both the grievant and the Union Grievance Representative shall be notified of a Step 1 meeting.
