SERVICE REVIEW MEETINGS. 2.1 Either the Authority or the Provider may give notice that a Review Meeting be held if a circumstance stance arises, that reasonably requires discussion between the Parties. Review meetings may be called to discuss the Provider’s performance, data reporting, payment claims, or any other matter relevant to the delivery of this Contract.
