Service Schedule. The Council reserves the right to change the collection days to meet with operational requirements, where possible 7 days’ notice will be given to the Customer. If through operational difficulties the Council is not able to collect the refuse/recycling on the scheduled day the Council reserves the right to re-schedule the collection to the earliest possible opportunity without liability to the Customer. Missed collections must be notified to Council Connect by the end of the next working day on 01225 39 40 41 in order for the Council to arrange for a collection crew to return and empty the container(s).
