Service Standards. 29.2.1 GTE shall ensure that all Service Support Functions used to provision Local Service to AT&T for resale are provided at a quality level equal to that which GTE provides to itself, to its end users or to its affiliates. 29.2.2 Not later than twenty (20) business days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, GTE and AT&T shall begin the process of developing mutually agreed-upon escalation and expedite procedures to be employed at any point in the Local Service Pre-Ordering, Ordering/Provisioning, Testing, Maintenance, Billing and Customer Usage Data transfer processes to facilitate rapid and timely resolution of Disputes.
