Service Vehicle Parking. The City acknowledges that Concessionaire needs designated loading zones to allow access to its storage sheds and that Concessionaire has a number of service vehicles associated with its daily operation of service. The City hereby agrees to establish loading zones by appropriate signage in the area designated as “Reserved Fleet Parking/Loading Zone” on Exhibit A-3 (the “Parking/Loading Zone”). Additionally, Concessionaire is hereby granted the right to park its service vehicles in the Parking/Loading Zone. Upon request by the City and upon reasonable notice, Concessionaire shall temporarily move its service vehicles from the Parking/Loading Zone to another designated location within Xxxxxxxx Park. The City agrees to give Concessionaire as much notice as is reasonably possible under the circumstances but in any event, not less than three (3) business days’ notice, unless an unanticipated emergency situation arises. Additionally, the City agrees that it will not request that Concessionaire’s vehicles be moved more than five (5) times during any calendar month. The City reserves the right to take full possession of all or any portion of the Parking/Loading Zone for any length of time deemed necessary with sixty (60) days’ prior notice should the City require use thereof.

Service Vehicle Parking. Concessionaire may park properly UGA permitted service vehicles on the property of the University only at locations designated by the University's designated contract administrator. Vehicles must not be parked in emergency access drives, service drives or block loading docks or dumpsters. Concessionaire employees are required to utilize University parking permits to park on University premises.

  • Parking Throughout the Lease Term, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to use, free of charges, the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary, which parking spaces constitute the entirety of the parking under the Building and the adjacent surface parking, being all of the parking in the Project. Tenant shall comply with the Parking Rules and Regulations which are in effect on the date hereof, as set forth in the attached Exhibit D and all reasonable modifications and additions thereto which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the Parking Areas by Landlord, and/or Landlord’s Parking Operator (as defined below); provided that such modifications or alterations do not effect Tenant’s use of or access to the Parking Areas. Landlord specifically reserve the right to change the size, configuration, design, layout, of the Parking Areas, and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, temporarily close-off or restrict access to the Parking Areas, so long as Tenant retains access to the number of parking spaces set forth in Section 12 of the Summary. Landlord may delegate its responsibilities hereunder to a parking operator (the “Parking Operator”) in which case the Parking Operator shall have all the rights of control attributed hereby to Landlord. Any parking tax or other charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the use of such parking shall be paid directly by Tenant or the parking users, or, if directly imposed against Landlord, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such taxes and/or charges within thirty (30) days after Landlord’s demand therefor. The parking rights provided to Tenant pursuant to this Article 23 are provided solely for use by Tenant’s own personnel visitors and invitees and such rights may not be transferred, assigned, subleased or otherwise alienated by Tenant without Landlord’s prior approval, except in connection with an assignment of this Lease or sublease of the Premises made in accordance with Article 14 above.

  • Private Vehicle Damage Where an employee’s vehicle is damaged by a student at a worksite or an approved school function, or as a direct result of the employee being employed by the employer, the employer shall reimburse the employee the lesser of actual vehicle damage repair costs, or the cost of any deductible portion of insurance coverage on that vehicle up to a maximum of $600.

  • Car Parking You will not be entitled to apply for permit parking on the Campus unless you are entitled to an exemption from this policy.

  • Vehicle Allowances ‌ Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled on the Employer's business will be paid to employees who use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. The allowance will cover distance to and from the employee's place of residence up to a total maximum of 32 kilometres, only when the employee is required to have their vehicle at work for use in the performance of their duties. Vehicle allowance will be 55¢ per kilometre.

  • Vehicle Allowance (a) Vehicle allowance for all kilometres travelled on the Employer’s business shall be paid to employees who are required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.
