Servicer's Certificates. The Servicer will provide to the Issuer and to the Trustee the statements and data specified in Annex 1.

Servicer's Certificates. Lender shall have received a certificate from the Servicer confirming the loss and delinquency status of the portfolio immediately prior to Closing.
Servicer's Certificates. On each Determination Date, the Servicer shall deliver to the 1998-B Securitization Trustee a Servicer's Certificate which sets forth, among other things, the amount of Interest Collections and Principal Collections allocable to the 1998-B SUBI, the Investor Percentage, the Transferor Percentage, the Certificate Factor for each Class, the amount of Advances (which includes Inventory Advances) and Maturity Advances, if any, to be made by or reimbursed to the Servicer, the aggregate amount, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Fund and the Servicing Fee and other servicing compensation payable to the Servicer with respect to the preceding Collection Period and related Monthly Allocation Date. On or prior to each Determination Date, the Servicer shall also determine the Specified Reserve Fund Balance and the amounts to be allocated and applied or paid in respect of the Investor Interest and Transferor Interest and in respect of other amounts to be released from the Trust.

Servicer's Certificates. Each month, not later than the Business Day following each Determination Date, each Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee a Servicer's Certificate (in substance and format mutually acceptable to such Servicer and the Trustee) certified by a Servicing Officer setting forth the information necessary in order for the Trustee to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Trustee may conclusively rely upon the information contained in a Servicer's Certificate for all purposes hereunder and shall have no duty to verify or re-compute any of the information contained therein.
Servicer's Certificates. Each month, not later than 12:00 noon Eastern time on the Business Day following each Determination Date, each Servicer shall deliver to the Certificate Administrator a Servicer's Certificate (substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit L-1 with respect to Wells Fargo, and Exhibit L-2 with respect to National City, or, with xxxxect to any successor Servicer, in substance and format mutually acceptable to such successor Servicer and the Certificate Administrator) setting forth the information necessary in order for the Certificate Administrator to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Certificate Administrator may conclusively rely upon the information contained in a Servicer's Certificate for all purposes hereunder and shall have no duty to verify or re-compute any of the information contained therein. The Certificate Administrator shall deliver a copy of each Servicer's Certificate to the Trustee.
