Medical Supplies Report expenditures for medical supplies for each quarter. Line 2e. Other Report the Total Other S&S Expenditures from the Other S&S Expenditures Form. Data entry is done in the ‘Other S&S Expenditures’ Form by entering the type and amount of other services and supplies expenses.
