Services During Disability. During the period Executive is entitled to receive payments under paragraphs 7(a) and (b), Executive shall, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to the Bank, and, in addition, upon reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board, or an executive officer designated by the Board, from time to time, make himself available to the Bank to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with the dignity, importance, and scope of his prior position and his physical and mental health. During such period of service, Executive shall be responsible and report to, and be subject to the supervision of, the Board or an executive officer designated by the Board, as to the method and manner in which he shall perform such assignments, subject always to the provisions of this paragraph 7(d), and shall keep such Board, or such executive officer, appropriately informed of his progress in each such assignment.
Services During Disability. During the Term, notwithstanding any Disability, Executive shall, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to the Company, and, in addition, upon the reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board, or a senior executive officer designated by the Board, from time to time, he shall make himself available to the Company, its subsidiaries and Affiliates to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with his position and his physical and mental health. In the event of such Disability, Executive shall resign from the Board.
Services During Disability. During the period that Employee shall be entitled to receive payments under this Article, and to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, he shall furnish information and assistance to the Employer and comply with the provisions hereof; and, in addition, upon reasonable request in writing on behalf of the President he shall make himself available to the Employer to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with the dignity, importance and scope of his prior position and his physical and mental health.
Services During Disability. Services During Disability. During the period that Consultant shall be entitled to receive payments under this Article, and to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, he shall furnish information and assistance to the Corporation and comply with the provisions hereof; and, in addition, upon reasonable request in writing on behalf of the President he shall make himself available to the Corporation to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with the dignity, importance and scope of his prior engagement and his physical and mental health.
Services During Disability. During the Term, notwithstanding any Disability, Executive shall, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to the Company, and, in addition, upon the reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board, or a senior executive officer designated by the Board, from time to time, he shall make himself available to the Company, its subsidiaries and Affiliates to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with his position and his physical and mental health. During such period of service, he shall be responsible and report to, and shall be subject to the supervision of the Board, or a senior executive officer designated by the Board, as to the method and manner in which he shall perform such assignments and shall keep the Board, or such senior executive officer, as the case may be, appropriately informed of his progress in each such assignment.
Services During Disability. During the Term, notwithstanding any Disability, Executive shall, to the extent that she is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to GTECH, and, in addition, upon the reasonable request in writing of the Chief Executive Officer of GTECH, or a senior executive officer designated by the Chief Executive Officer of GTECH, from time to time, she shall make himself available to GTECH and its subsidiaries and affiliates to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with her position and her physical and mental health.
Services During Disability. During the Term, notwithstanding any Disability, Chairman shall, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance to the Company, and, in addition, upon the reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board, or a senior executive officer designated by the Board, from time to time, he shall make himself available to the Company, its subsidiaries and Affiliates to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with his position and his physical and mental health.
Services During Disability. During the period that the Executive shall be receiving payments under subparagraph 6(a) above, he shall, to the extent that he shall be physically and mentally able to do so, furnish information and assistance and refrain from detrimental conduct and otherwise act in accordance with paragraph 10 below, and, in addition, upon reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board of Directors, from time to time make himself available to the Company to undertake reasonable assignments, consistent with his place of residence from time to time, the dignity, importance and scope of his prior position and his physical and mental health. During such period of service, he shall be responsible and report to, and shall be subject to the supervision of, the Board of Directors of the Company or an executive officer designated by the Board, both as to the method and manner in which he shall perform such assignments, subject in each case to the preceding provisions of this subparagraph 6(b), and shall keep the Board of Directors, when it is in session, or such executive officer, appropriately informed from time to time of his progress in any such assignment. The Company shall continue to pay all reasonable expenses incident to the performance of the Executive's duties hereunder including, without limitation, expenses of travel to and from his place of residence and the headquarters of the Company or such other place or places as may be required in each case for the performance of his assignments and reports.
Services During Disability. During the period in which Executive is entitled to receive payments under Paragraph 7(a) above, to the extent that he is physically and mentally able to do so, he shall furnish information and assistance to the Company and comply with the provisions of Paragraph 14 hereof, and, in addition, upon reasonable request in writing on behalf of the Board of Directors or an executive officer designated by such Board from time to time, he shall make himself available to the Company to undertake reasonable assignments consistent with the dignity, importance and scope of his prior position and his physical and mental health.
