Common use of Services in General Clause in Contracts

Services in General. 3.1.1.1 For and in consideration of the payment specified in this Contract, the Architect/Engineer shall provide all labor, material, and supervision necessary and reasonably inferable to perform on-call professional Design services as set out in this Contract, including those in Exhibit “A”, and as specifically described in Letters of Authorization.
