Phase III – Construction Phase Services. 2.4.1 Upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed for Phase III, Engineer shall provide professional services during construction to assist in obtaining a completed Project in accordance with the purpose and intent of the Construction Documents.

Phase III – Construction Phase Services. 2.1.3 Preliminary and Final Designs shall conform to the latest City Design Manual as well as other design criteria that may be provided for this Contract by the Director.
Phase III – Construction Phase Services. For Phase III services performed for a Construction Package, the City shall pay a Negotiated Lump Sum which will be set out in the Notice to Proceed for such Construction Package. Phase III – Construction Phase Services. This scope includes review of the contractors submittals, review and response to contractor’s requests for information (RFI’s), review of contractors payment applications, conducting full time construction observation during construction (assumed 6 months construction time), preparation of one (1) punch list, and conducting one (1) final walk through. Additional punch lists or final walk throughs after the first punch list and first final walk through are not included in this scope of work but can be provided as additional services if requested. Hidalgo County Precinct 4 will be self-performing much of the construction for this work authorization, therefore, Construction Phase Services will begin as soon as construction documents are provided to Hidalgo County Precinct 4 and pre-construction meetings have taken place. Multiple construction documents for multiple phases of construction are included in this scope. ATTACHMENT C A detailed work schedule for each Work Authorization, identified and more particularly described in Article 7 of this Agreement, shall be prepared by the Engineer to be submitted and approved by the Owner in writing for each Work Authorization. The work schedule will provide specific work sequence and definite review times by the Owner and the Engineer of the work performed. The Engineer will diligently pursue the completion of each Work Authorization as defined by the milestones and deliverable due dates outlined in each Work Authorization’s associated work schedule. The Engineer will inform the Owner (in reasonable advance of the delay) should the Engineer encounter delays that would prevent the performance of all work in accordance with the established work schedule. Related to Phase III – Construction Phase Services

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds. The Contract Sum is the Cost of the Work as defined in Section 6.1.1 plus the Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.

  • Post-Construction Phase A. Upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer, during the Post-Construction Phase, shall:

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
