SERVICES MANAGEMENT AGENT. The Customer agrees that the Customer will not interfere with any services management software agent(s) that Galaxy IT installs on their Hosted System. Galaxy IT agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computing resources, and will not interfere with your use of your Hosted System. Galaxy IT will use the agents to track system information so that it can more efficiently manage various service issues, such as patching exceptions and product life cycles. Galaxy IT may also use the agents to identify security vulnerabilities. Galaxy IT will not use the agents to view or capture the Customer’s content or data. The Customer’s Services will become "unsupported" as described in the Product Terms if the Customer disables or interferes with our services management agent(s). The Customer agrees that Galaxy IT may access the Customer’s Hosted System to reinstall services management software agents if the Customer disables them or interferes with their performance.

Xxxxx.XX agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computing resources, and will not interfere with your use of your Hosted System. Your Services will become “unsupported” as described in the Product Terms if you disable or interfere with our service management software agents. You agree that Xxxxx.XX may access your Hosted System to reinstall services management software agents without notice if you disable or interfere with their performance.

Blackrock Networks, Inc. agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computin resources, and will not interfere with your use of your Hosted System. Blackrock Networks, Inc. may also use the agents to identify security vulnerabilities. Blackro will not use the agents to view or capture your content or data. Your Services will become “unsupported” as described in the Product Terms if you disable or interfere with our services management software agent(s). You agree that Blackrock Networks, Inc. may access your Hosted System to reinstall services management software agents if you disable them or interfere with their performance.

HSPL agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computing resources, and will not interfere with your use of your services. HSPL will use the agents to track system information so that it can more efficiently manage various service issues. Your services will become "Unsupported" if you disable or interfere with our services management software agent(s). You agree that HSPL may access your services to reinstall services management software agents if you disable them or interfere with their performance.

Your Services will become “unsupported” as described in the Product Terms if you disable or interfere with our services management software agent(s). You agree that ITS may access your Hosted System to reinstall services management software agents if you disable them or interfere with their performance.

ETS agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computing resources, and will not interfere with the Customer’s use of the Services. The Customer’s Services will become “Unsupported” if they disable or interfere with ETS services management software agent(s). The Customer agrees that ETS may access their Services to reinstall services management software agents if they are disabled.

You agree that CloudHPT may access your Hosted System to reinstall services management software agents if you disable or interfere with their performance.

Atiba agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computing resources, and will not interfere with your use of the Services. Atiba will use the agents to track system information so that it can more efficiently manage various service issues. Your Services will become “Unsupported” as described in Section 40 (Unsupported Configuration Elements or Services) below if you disable or interfere with our services management software agent(s). You agree that Atiba may access your Services to reinstall services management software agents if you disable them or interfere with their performance.

Rackspace agrees that its agents will use only a minimal amount of computing resources, and will not interfere with your use of the Services. Rackspace will use the agents to track system information so that it can more efficiently manage various service issues. Your Services will become “Unsupported” as described in Section 40 (Unsupported Configuration Elements or Services) below if you disable or interfere with our services management software agent(s). You agree that Rackspace may access your Services to reinstall services management software agents if you disable them or interfere with their performance.
SERVICES MANAGEMENT AGENT. 15.1 The Customer agrees that it will not interfere with any services management software agents that Telent installs on the Hosted System.
