Servicing Systems. The Servicer will promptly notify the Backup Servicer in writing of any material changes which the Servicer makes to the servicing systems and provide to the Backup Servicer sufficient details with respect thereto as the Backup Servicer may reasonably request.
Servicing Systems. (a) The Servicers shall employ the Enterprise System and such other servicing systems as are capable of performing, and that will in fact perform, all of the servicing functions contemplated in Section 2.1 in accordance with the performance standards set forth therein (the "Servicing Systems").
