System Support definition

System Support means the maintenance and other support for the CDS described in Schedule “O” attached;

System Support has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 17.1 (Maintenance and Support).

System Support means availability of the NLA's staff to answer queries relating to use of the eClips Web Database Service;

More Definitions of System Support

System Support means queries relating to use of the Database Service;

System Support or “HP System Support” means HP’s offerings for Hardware, Software, network, SAN, and mission critical support. HP System Support is available on a contractual basis either for a fixed period or on an open-ended (“evergreen”) basis. These System Support Services are not part of HP upfront Services offerings. HP System Support is also referred to as contractual support.
