SEssentials Scoring. UChicago Impact will score survey data from Educational Organization using a process developed at the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research (UChicago Consortium). The 5Essentials Scoring process creates school-level scores that minimize error by removing invalid responses using Xxxxx Analysis. 5Essentials Scoring allows school results to be compared from one year to the next and puts all schools within a particular grade level on the same scale, allowing schools with strengths and challenges to be identified.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.

  • CONTRACT SCOPE Pursuant to this Master Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices.   • Curriculum Work Service on a District curriculum committee shall be required for grade level or department chairpersons. All other teachers working on such committee(s) shall be designated (in writing) by the Curriculum Director and shall be paid, at the hourly rate contained in Schedule B, for all documented hours of committee service (up to such limits as may be imposed by the District) occurring when school is not in session (e.g. during the summer), during duty-free lunch periods or preparation periods, and before/after the teacher’s regularly scheduled work day. Curriculum committee work shall occur at such times as are determined or approved by the Curriculum Director.

  • Scoring The number of routes each company operates (Route # 0001-2999, 8000-8199) will be multiplied by 2 to determine the daily number of trips. (Only accidents, breakdowns and service reports related to routes falling in this range will be used for the evaluation). The daily number of trips will be multiplied by 175 to arrive at the annual number of trips. The number of accidents, breakdowns and service complaints will be divided by the total number of trips to calculate a percent figure. Each company’s percentage will be compared to the total average. See below for a sample. Any circumstance whereby a Breakdown or Accident is found by PTS to be ‘Non Reported’ by vendor within the required timeframe (see G-36) will count as (20) ‘Reported’ instances for the purpose of this Contractor Evaluation Scoring.

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act.

  • Credentials The names and credentials of the individuals who: (1) designed the statistical sampling procedures and the review methodology utilized for the Claims Review and (2) performed the Claims Review.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Curriculum 2.U The Academy Trust must provide for the teaching of religious education and a daily act of collective worship at the Academy.
