Common use of Sessions Clause in Contracts

Sessions. A market data session is defined as a connection between the vendor and Omega which is intended for transmitting order and trade information via the ITCH 3.00 protocol for the purposes of, but not limited to, building a book, consolidating into a best bid and offer feed, routing, making trading decisions, and monitoring or compliance. Once a username and password has been configured and assigned to the vendor, it is deemed to have a session. Multiple log in with the same username and password is allowed, but each individual log in will be seen and considered as separate sessions.
