Settling of Grievances. Settling of Grievances. An ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ effort shall be made to settle grievances fairly and promptly in the following manner: The aggrieved employee(s) shall submit the grievance to their ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. If the employee's ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ difference is absentnot settled within one (1) day or within any longer period which may have been agreed to by the parties, they may submit then the grievance to the Union. The Hatchery Manager and/or the HR Manager, with or without the Employee’s Supervisor, or their designates, shall meet with the Union representative within five (5) days of receipt of the grievance and shall render a decision in writing within five (5) days of this meeting.
