Common use of Sexual Abuse and Molestation Coverage Clause in Contracts

Sexual Abuse and Molestation Coverage. As a provider of a service which has contact with individuals that are part of a sensitive population and are in a position of trust the following minimum insurance limits are required: Contractors with 5 or fewer County clients: $100,000 Contractors with 6-10 County clients: $250,000 Contractors with 11-15 County clients: $500,000 If the number of clients increases during the contract period, the required coverage limit will increase to correspond accordingly.
