SFHA. SFHA will confirm residency in a public housing development and ensure qualified residents are referred to CityBuild for employment opportunities with respect to the Covered Work. SFHA will also provide resident data to the Agency to track resident employment with respect to the Covered Work.

SFHA. If the Improvements (or any portion thereof) forming a part of such Project (excluding Improvements that are not walled and roofed buildings) are located in an SFHA: i. The Borrower shall have furnished evidence satisfactory to the Bank that the building floor elevations of such Improvements are located at the height (if any) prescribed by Governmental Requirements above the designated flood plain elevation for the SFHA, as determined by FEMA; and ii. The Borrower shall have provided to the Bank either: (A) the flood insurance required by the Mortgage encumbering such Project, together with evidence of payment in full of the premium thereon, or (B) a copy of a Letter of Map Revision ("LOMR") issued by FEMA, removing such Project from the SFHA as determined by FEMA.
SFHA upon request, SFHA will verify if participants are public housing residents. OEWD/CityBuild shall provide SFHA with notice and the projected schedules regarding training and employment opportunities available under the Project. SFHA will assist with neighborhood outreach efforts and recruiting public housing residents to apply for the training and employment opportunities. SFHA will also provide resident data to CMD to track resident employment.
SFHA. IF THE IMPROVEMENTS (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF) FORMING A PART OF SUCH MORTGAGED PROPERTY (EXCLUDING IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT WALLED AND ROOFED BUILDINGS) ARE LOCATED IN AN SFHA: i.   • Flood If any of the Improvements are located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor to that agency) as a “Special Flood Hazard Area,” flood Insurance in the amount required by Lender.

  • Flood Zone None of the Improvements on the Property are located in an area as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as an area having special flood hazards, or, if so located, the flood insurance required pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(i) is in full force and effect with respect to the Property.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability Insurance If specified in Schedule A, the Contractor shall maintain, or cause the Subcontractor doing such Work to maintain, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance covering bodily injury and property damage. Such insurance shall provide coverage for actual, alleged or threatened emission, discharge, dispersal, seepage, release or escape of pollutants (including asbestos), including any loss, cost or expense incurred as a result of any cleanup of pollutants (including asbestos) or in the investigation, settlement or defense of any claim, action, or proceedings arising from the operations under this Contract. Such insurance shall be in the Contractor’s name and list the City as an Additional Insured and any other entity specified in Schedule A. Coverage shall include, without limitation, (a) loss of use of damaged property or of property that has not been physically injured, (b) transportation, and (c) non-owned disposal sites.

  • Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act The Mortgagor has not notified the Seller, and the Seller has no knowledge of any relief requested or allowed to the Mortgagor under the Relief Act or any similar state statute;

  • Pollution Liability Insurance Environmental Impairment Liability Insurance shall be written on a Contractor’s Pollution Liability form or other form acceptable to the City providing coverage for liability arising out of sudden, accidental, and gradual pollution and remediation. The policy limit shall be no less than $1,000,000 dollars per claim and in the aggregate. All activities contemplated in this Agreement shall be specifically scheduled on the policy as “covered operations”. The policy shall provide coverage for the hauling of waste from the Project site to the final disposal location, including non-owned disposal sites.

  • AIR OR WATER POLLUTION VIOLATION Under the State laws, the Contractor shall not be: (1) in violation of any order or resolution not subject to review promulgated by the State Air Resources Board or an air pollution control district; (2) subject to cease and desist order not subject to review issued pursuant to Section 13301 of the Water Code for violation of waste discharge requirements or discharge prohibitions; or (3) finally determined to be in violation of provisions of federal law relating to air or water pollution.

  • Contractor’s Pollution Liability insurance covering losses caused by pollution conditions that arise from the operations of the Contractor. Contractors Pollution Liability insurance shall be written in an amount of at least $1,000,000 per loss, with an annual aggregate of at least $1,000,000. Contractors Pollution Liability shall cover bodily injury, property damage, cleanup costs and defense including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims. If the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance is written on a claims-made basis, the Contractor warrants that any retroactive date applicable to coverage under the policy precedes the effective date of this contract; and that continuous coverage will be maintained or an extended discovery period will be exercised for a period of three (3) years beginning from the time that work under the contract is completed. The City shall be named by endorsement as an additional insured on the Contractors Pollution Liability insurance policy. If the scope of services as defined in this contract includes the disposal of any hazardous materials from the job site, the Contractor must furnish to the City evidence of Pollution Liability insurance maintained by the disposal site operator for losses arising from the insured facility accepting waste under this contract. Coverage certified to the Public Entity under this paragraph must be maintained in minimum amounts of $1,000,000 per loss, with an annual aggregate of at least $1,000,000. Pollution Liability coverage at least as broad as that provided under ISO Pollution Liability- Broadened Coverage for Covered Autos Endorsement CA 99 48 shall be provided, and the Motor Carrier Act Endorsement (MCS 90) shall be attached.

  • Underground Storage Tanks In accordance with the requirements of Section 3(g) of the D.C. Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990, as amended by the District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990 Amendment Act of 1992 (D.C. Code § 8-113.01, et seq.) (collectively, the “UST Act”) and the applicable D.C. Underground Storage Tank Regulations, 20 DCMR Chapter 56 (the “UST Regulations”), District hereby informs the Developer that it has no knowledge of the existence or removal during its ownership of the Property of any “underground storage tanks” (as defined in the UST Act). Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, 00 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000. District’s knowledge for purposes of this Section shall mean and be limited to the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Property Acquisition and Disposition Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, telephone no. (000) 000-0000. The foregoing is set forth pursuant to requirements contained in the UST Act and UST Regulations and does not constitute a representation or warranty by District.

  • Scope of Coverage 1. This Section shall apply to an investment dispute between a Member State and an investor of another Member State that has incurred loss or damage by reason of an alleged breach of any rights conferred by this Agreement with respect to the investment of that investor. 2. A natural person possessing the nationality or citizenship of a Member State shall not pursue a claim against that Member State under this Section. 3. This Section shall not apply to claims arising out of events which occurred, or claims which have been raised prior to the entry into force of this Agreement. 4. Nothing in this Section shall be construed so as to prevent a disputing investor from seeking administrative or judicial settlement available within the country of a disputing Member State.
