Wash all machine-washable bedding, drapes, and clothing, on the hottest water temperature and dry on the highest heat setting. Items that cannot be washed must be taken to a dry cleaner who MUST be informed of the issue. You must safely discard ALL items that cannot be decontaminated.
Cockpit (a) Fairing panels shall be free of stains and cracks, will be clean secure and repainted as necessary;
FLOORING Grade and quality of carpeting to be selected by Landlord, with color to be selected by Tenant from those offered by Landlord.
Lighting Landlord will furnish both Building Standard and non-Building Standard lamps, bulbs, ballasts and starters that are part of the Leasehold Improvements for purchase by Tenant at Landlord's cost, plus Landlord's standard administration fee. Landlord will install non-Building Standard items at Landlord's scheduled rate for this service.
Speed (a) The Contract Price shall not be affected or changed by reason of the trial speed (as determined according to the SPECIFICATIONS being less than the guaranteed speed, if such variation is not more than Two-Tenths (2/10) of One (1) knot.
Appearance If permissible by Legal Requirements, the Roof Equipment shall be painted the same color as the Building so as to render the Roof Equipment virtually invisible from ground level.
Recycling (a) To the extent the Master Fund is authorized to retain or recall for reinvestment proceeds received by the Master Fund from the Underlying Funds, the Fund may retain or recall such amounts as the General Partner, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or desirable to facilitate such reinvestment (which may include the payment of fees or expenses of the Master Fund, as well as investment in Underlying Funds).
GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.
Walls Sheetrock (drywall) damage should be patched and fire-taped so that there are no holes in either office or warehouse.
Plant An electrical generating alternative energy resource facility developed by Producer for which IID shall provide transmission service, as specified in Exhibit(s) II, Transmission Service, and in any subsequent Plant Amendments.
