Sharing the Profile. Information with other users You agree that information on your personal profile (created by you through the App) , your trading data and the information of your portfolio held in SoFi HK (including, but not limited to, underlying shares, performance information, and related statistic and risk metrics) (the “Profile Information”) will be made available to other users of SoFi HK and the App. You acknowledge and consent that by sharing the Profile Information, other may use such information to infer or formulate strategies and trading based on your trading information.
