Common use of Shift Differential Bonus Clause in Contracts

Shift Differential Bonus. Employees whose regularly scheduled hours of work are at least fifty (50) per cent outside the hours of 08:00 hours and 16:00 hours will receive a Shift Differential bonus of forty-five cents (45c/) per hour for all the hours of the shift.
