Common use of Shift Representation Clause in Contracts

Shift Representation. The Union may select one representative per shift and one alternate representative per shift to act in the absence of the representative. These shift representatives shall be certified to the City in writing. Only those representatives certified by the Union in writing will be permitted to conduct business on behalf of the Union.
