Shift workers annual allowance. (a) For the purposes of this clause an eligible Employee is one who is rostered on shift duty and regularly required to perform duty over seven days a week, including Sundays and public holidays who, in addition to their entitlement to four weeks annual leave, is entitled to a fifth week of annual leave:
