Operations Matters Section 1.7 of Article I of the Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Personnel Matters 7.1 Verbal or written complaints regarding an employee made to any member of the Administration by any parent, student or other person which is to be placed in any personnel file or which may be used to evaluate or discipline an employee shall be promptly investigated. The employee shall be given prompt notice of such complaint and shall be given the opportunity to respond to the complaint. Unsubstantiated complaints shall not be placed in an employee’s file.
Environmental constraints and management Describe or cross refer to environmental constraints applicable to the Contractor’s plan and his activities on the Affected Property and how they should be managed. Include here or cross refer to an Annexure to the Service Information. The Contractor shall comply with the environmental criteria and constraints stated in Annexure
Operational Matters 7.1 The LGB shall comply with the obligations set out in Appendix 2 which deals with the day-to-day operation of, and delegation of responsibilities to, the LGB.
LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.
Disciplinary Matters (a) The employer acknowledges the principles of procedural fairness and the right to a support person.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND PROGRAMS The Contractor shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work.

Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.
