CONVERSION SCHEDULE The Original Issue Discount Senior Convertible Debentures due on March 1, 2018 in the aggregate principal amount of $385,000 are issued by Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd., a Colorado corporation. This Conversion Schedule reflects conversions made under Section 4 of the above referenced Debenture. Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

Letter Agreements; Schedules The General Partner may, or may cause the Partnership to, without the approval of any Limited Partner or other Person, enter into separate letter agreements with individual Limited Partners with respect to any matter, in each case on terms and conditions not inconsistent with this Agreement, which have the effect of establishing rights under, or supplementing the terms of, this Agreement. The General Partner may from time to time execute and deliver to the Limited Partners schedules which set forth information contained in the books and records of the Partnership and any other matters deemed appropriate by the General Partner. Such schedules shall be for information purposes only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement for any purpose whatsoever.
Schedule Updates Borrower shall, in the event of any information in the Schedule 3.19, Schedule 5.14, Schedule 9.2(b) or Schedule 9.2(d) becoming outdated, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, deliver to Agent, together with the next quarterly Compliance Certificate required to be delivered under this Agreement after such event a proposed update to such Schedule correcting all outdated, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.
Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Fund and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably. The Auction Agent shall give notice of any such change to BD. Such notice shall be received prior to the first Auction Date on which any such change shall be effective. Time Event ---- -----
Endorsement and Change of Form of Notes Any Notes authenticated and delivered after the close of business on the date that the provisions of Section 2 of this Supplemental Indenture become effective may be affixed to, stamped, imprinted or otherwise legended by the Trustee, with a notation as follows: “Effective as of [ ], 201[6], substantially all of the restrictive covenants in the Indenture have been eliminated and certain other provisions have been eliminated or modified, as provided in the Supplemental Indenture, dated as of [ ], 201[6]. Reference is hereby made to said Supplemental Indenture, copies of which are on file with the Trustee, for a description of the amendments made therein.”
Update of Schedules Schedules 7.05(b) (in respect of the lists of Patents, Copyrights and Trademarks under Section 7.05(b)(i) only), 7.05(c), 7.06, and 7.16, may be updated by Borrower prior to each Borrowing Date to insure the continued accuracy of such Schedule as of such Borrowing Date, by Borrower providing to the Lenders, in writing (including via electronic means), a revised version of such Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Section 12.02. Each such updated Schedule shall be effective immediately upon the receipt thereof by the Lenders.
Schedule of Filings Attached hereto as Schedule 6 is a schedule setting forth, with respect to the filings described in Section 5 above, each filing and the filing office in which such filing is to be made.
Payment Schedule All payments under this paragraph 7 shall be made to Employee at the same interval as payments of salary were made to Employee immediately prior to termination.
