Shipper's obligation. Shipper shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform under this Contract resulting from an event or act of Force Majeure. Shipper's obligations under this Contract shall be reduced or suspended for any period in which an event or act of Force Majeure exists as to Shipper, or Shipper's supplier, either singularly or collectively. However, nothing in this Section 11. shall excuse Shipper from its obligation to make payments of monies due hereunder for services rendered prior to said act or event of Force Majeure.
