Confirmed Receipt Nomination definition

Confirmed Receipt Nomination means the amount of Gas that the Service Provider confirms, in accordance with clause 4.4, will be scheduled for receipt at a Receipt Point in respect of a Service, taking into account and, if the Service Provider considers appropriate, inclusive of the quantity of any Gas for correcting Imbalances and System Use Gas.
Confirmed Receipt Nomination means in respect of a Day, the aggregate of the Confirmed Hourly Receipt Nominations for that Day.
Confirmed Receipt Nomination means the amount of Natural Gas the Service Provider confirms will be scheduled for receipt at a Receipt Point.

Examples of Confirmed Receipt Nomination in a sentence

  • The Service Provider's obligation to provide a Service at each Delivery Point is subject to receipt at each Receipt Point of a quantity of Gas equal to the Confirmed Receipt Nomination under this document for the account of the Shipper on each Day.

  • The Service Provider’s obligation to provide a Service at each Delivery Point is subject to receipt at each Receipt Point of a quantity of Gas equal to the Confirmed Receipt Nomination under this document for the account of the Shipper for each Path under a Service on each Day.

  • The Shipper shall ensure that the quantity of Gas on any Day received from or on behalf of the Shipper at a Receipt Point or delivered to or for the account of the Shipper at a Delivery Point in respect of a Service equals the quantity of Gas stated in a Confirmed Receipt Nomination and Confirmed Delivery Nomination for that Day for receipt at a Receipt Point or for delivery at a Delivery Point (as the case may be).

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the document, the Actual Received Quantity for each Service of the Shipper at a Shared Receipt Point will be deemed to be the Shipper’s Confirmed Receipt Nomination for that Service at that Shared Receipt Point.

  • If the Service Providers do not provide a Revised Confirmed Nomination by 22:30 hours or as soon as possible thereafter to the Shipper, the estimates set out in the Confirmed Nomination will be the Confirmed Delivery Nomination and Confirmed Receipt Nomination.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the document, the Actual Received Quantity for each Service of the Shipper at a Shared Receipt Points other than the VTS Interconnect will be deemed to be the Shipper’s Confirmed Receipt Nomination for that Service at that Shared Receipt Point.

Confirmed Receipt Nomination means the amount of Gas that the Service Provider, confirms, in accordance with clause 6.4(c)(i) will be scheduled for receipt at the NRSA Receipt Point in respect of a Nitrogen Removal Service, taking into account:
