Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.
SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.
WAREHOUSE AND TRAVEL 1.5.1 On all work where the marshalling point is established north of 56º 31' latitude, the Employer will provide room and board unless otherwise agreed at the Pre-job Conference.
Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS On date of shipment send original xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt reflecting this Purchase Order number to Buyer’s Traffic Department. Do not deliver ahead of schedule unless written authorization is received from Buyer. Describe shipments in accordance with the carrier’s tariffs to obtain the lowest freight rate. Do not insure or declare value on shipments beyond F.O.B point. When a shipment is subject to freight rates dependent upon value, annotate the xxxx of lading, air xxxx or express receipt to show that the shipment is released at the maximum value which applies to the lowest rate provided in applicable tariffs. Consolidate all shipments to be forwarded on one day. Articles furnished in excess of the quantity specified or in excess of quantity ordered will be retained by Buyer at no additional cost, unless Seller notifies Buyer within 30 days after shipment that it desires the return thereof. Seller will reimburse Buyer for the full cost of returning such over shipment or a minimum charge to $50, whichever is higher. No notification will be given to Seller of any over shipment. Mail original and two duplicate invoices to Buyer’s accounting Department when articles are shipped. STATE SHIPPING POINT ON ALL INVOICES. Each case or parcel and accompanying packing list of contents must show Buyer’s Purchase Order number. Seller shall label all packages according to Buyer’s bar coding requirements. If no packing List accompanies the shipment, Buyers count will be conclusive to Seller.
Use of Vehicles Use or authorize the Vehicles to be used in any manner (i) that would make such Vehicles that are Program Vehicles ineligible for repurchase or sale under the applicable Eligible Vehicle Disposition Program, (ii) for any illegal purposes or (iii) that could subject the Vehicles to confiscation.
Aircraft This peril includes self-propelled missiles and spacecraft.
TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.
Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.
Destination The term (“Destination”) means delivered to the receiving dock or other point specified in the applicable Contract Document.
