Shop Steward. A. The Union shall have the right to appoint a Shop Xxxxxxx in each store, whose duties shall be to report any irregu larities to the Union office. In no instance shall the Shop Xxxxxxx be discriminated against for discharging such duties, pro vided such duties do not interfere with the regular performance of his work for the Employer.
