UNION REPRESENTATIVE AND SHOP STEWARDS. 14.01 The Company agrees to permit the Union Representative to enter the various departments of the Company's plant during working hours in respect to compliance with the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative will contact the Plant Manager or Supervisor or if these are not there, any Supervisory Personnel, on entering the plant. It is agreed that no employee shall be taken off the job or prevented from performing their duties unless permission is granted by management.

  • Union Representatives Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the number may be altered from time to time. Where a Union Representative commences on an extended leave of absence, the Union will endeavour to find a temporary replacement for the Union Representative from within the Home.

The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.

  • Union Stewards (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Union stewards to be elected or appointed from amongst employees in the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period for the purpose of dealing with Union business as provided under this Collective Agreement.
