Common use of Shop Stewards Clause in Contracts

Shop Stewards. The Employer agrees to the operation of a Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ system which shall be governed by the following: (1) Shop Stewards may be appointed by the Union on the basis of two (2) Shop Stewards, and two (2) alternate Shop Stewards. (2) The Employer is to be kept advised of all Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ appointments. (3) One (1) Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, or Union Committee member, shall be appointed by the Union as Chief Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who may present or assist in the presentation of any grievance.

(2) The Employer is to be kept advised with a maximum number of all Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ appointments.
