Short Form Evaluation. After an employee has four (4) years of satisfactory evaluations under the regular process, an administrator may use a short form evaluation as allowed by RCW 28A.400-100(5), in lieu of the process set forth below. The regular evaluation process shall be followed at least once every three (3) years and an employee or evaluator may request that the regular evaluation process be conducted in any given school year. The short form of evaluation shall be consistent with the following:
