DURATION AND SIGNATORY PROVISION. This Contract shall remain in full force and effect from September 1, or its signing date if after September 1, until September 1 of the subsequent contract, or its signing date if after September 1, as amended, ratified, and signed as follows: Either party may, upon written notice no later than July 1st, give notice of its intent to negotiate a successor Contract to the other Party as indicated below:

Re-openers each year shall be any legislative or administrative rules which impact wages, hours, and working conditions; two specific items of compensation and benefits; calendar; and two other items from either side. Upon mutual consent of both parties, this Agreement may be modified at any time.

Either party may, upon written notice no later than sixty (60) days before the date of expiration give notice of intent to negotiate a successor Contract to the other party. Upon mutual consent of both parties, this Contract may be periodically reviewed and modified at any time.
DURATION AND SIGNATORY PROVISION. This Agreement is made and entered into between Spokane Public Schools of Spokane, Washington, the Employer, and the SPOKANE EDUCATION ASSOCIATION. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect beginning with the ratification by both parties and shall remain in full force and effect through August 31, 2022. At any time that rules, regulations, and/or law is changed during the duration of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be reopened for the express purpose of negotiating the affected sections. DURATION AND SIGNATORY PROVISION. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect from September 1, 2007 to and including August 31, 2010. The parties agree that there will be no strike by the Association or lockout by the District for the duration of this Contract. Either party may, upon written notice no later than sixty (60) days before the date of expiration, give notice of its intent to negotiate a successor agreement to the other party. Upon mutual consent of both parties, this Agreement may be modified at any time. The Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Extra-Curricular Association and the Xxxxx-Xxxxxx School District hereby pledge to work together to trim levy-funded costs should the District experience a double levy failure. To that end, either party may request that the Contract be reopened for negotiations. The parties further agree to meet together for the sole purpose of dealing with the economic impact of the double levy failure.
DURATION AND SIGNATORY PROVISION. All parts of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect from September 1, 2011 until August 31, 2013. Adjustments to salaries and insurance will be made annually, and will be a “flow through” of state funds unless otherwise specified by this agreement.
