Short-term Rentals Prohibited. The Owner agrees that no Below-Market Rental Unit may be rented to or tenanted by any person for a term of less than thirty (30) days.

Should Licensee violate this provision he or she will be deemed to have defaulted hereunder.
Short-term Rentals Prohibited. Owner shall not use the Property, Project, or any units or portions of units contained therein, as a Short-Term Rental.
