  • Loop Makeup Response Time - Electronic This report measures the average interval and the percent within the interval from the electronic submission of a Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) to the distribution of Loop Makeup information back to the CLEC. Exclusions Manually submitted inquiries Canceled Requests Business Rules The response interval starts when the CLEC’s Mechanized Loop Makeup Service Inquiry (LMUSI) is submitted electronically through the Operational Support Systems interface, TAG. It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via the TAG Interface. LSRs submitted via LENs will be reflected in the results for the TAG interface.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Distance Education Distance education means instruction in which the instructor and student are separated by distance and interact through the assistance of communication technologies. All distance education courses and sections will be designated as such in the District schedule of classes. Distance education courses include hybrid (see glossary) instruction and fully online instruction.

  • Intake Intake begins when you, or someone on your behalf, contacts the LIFE Provider or the Independent Enrollment Broker expressing interest in services. During these visits: • You will learn how the LIFE Program works, the services LIFE offers, and the answers to any questions you may have about LIFE. • The LIFE Provider and/or Independent Enrollment Broker will explain that if you enroll, you must agree that all of your healthcare services will be provided and/or coordinated by LIFE, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services). • The LIFE Provider will have you sign a release allowing the LIFE Provider to obtain your past medical records so the LIFE health team can fully assess your health conditions. You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process. You should be prepared to participate in phone calls and/or visits with both the LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker in order to complete your enrollment process.
