Common use of Show of Hands Clause in Contracts

Show of Hands. Every question submitted to a meeting shall, subject to Section 13.7, be decided in the first place by a majority of the votes given on a show of hands except that votes on Extraordinary Resolutions shall be given in the manner hereinafter provided.
