Shower Recesses. Taps will be turned on in accordance with AS4349.1- 2007 to detect apparent leaks (if water is connected). However, please note that these tests may not reveal leaks or indicate incorrect waterproofing if silicone liquid or masonry sealant has been applied before the inspection. Floor grading and fall ratios are not included in this inspection and will not be reported. We strongly recommend that you have these aspects checked by a qualified tradesperson before making a purchase decision.

Shower Recesses. Tests are not made on shower recesses to detect leaks. A visual inspection is only made. Any tests may not reveal leaks or show incorrect waterproofing if silicon liquid or masonry sealant has been applied prior to the inspection. Such application is a temporary waterproofing measure and may last for some months before breaking down. Any future tests on the shower recesses are limited to running water within the recesses and a visually checking for leaks as showers are only checked for a brief period, prolonged use may reveal leaks that were not detected at the time of inspection. No evidence of a current leak during inspection does not necessarily mean that the shower does not leak. • If the property to be inspected is occupied then You must be aware that furnishings or household items may be concealing evidence of problems, which may only be revealed when the items are moved or removed.   • Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders.   • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Street Lighting 4.4.1 The Developer shall provide streetlights for the entire Subdivision at his sole expense. The type of lighting standard, pole spacing, and installation shall be per Memphis Light, Gas and Water standards. Memphis Light Gas and Water shall bill the City for installation of street lighting per its standards.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Unbundled Network Element Combinations 4.1 For purposes of this Section, references to “Currently Combined” Network Elements shall mean that the particular Network Elements requested by NewPhone are in fact already combined by BellSouth in the BellSouth network. References to “
