Shut down Training. Within thirty (30) days of acceptance of COD, Licensee shall instruct and train CSU’s designated personnel on how to shut down the System in the event of an emergency. CSU may reasonably request additional training and Licensee will conduct such training at CSU’s expense. The training session(s) may be recorded by CSU at CSU’s expense.
