The Annual Training clause requires that certain individuals or groups participate in training sessions on a yearly basis. Typically, this applies to employees, contractors, or other relevant parties, and the training may cover topics such as compliance, safety, or company policies. By mandating regular training, the clause ensures that all participants remain informed and up-to-date, thereby reducing risks associated with outdated knowledge or non-compliance.
