Sibling. E. A household member is defined as persons who reside in the same home who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another. This term does not include persons sharing the same house when the living style is primarily that of a dormitory or commune. F. In the event of the death of an aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, sibling-in-law, first cousin, and corresponding relatives of the employee’s spouse or domestic partner, the Employer will approve the employee’s accrued paid leave for all deaths up to a total of five (5) days for each calendar year. Additional days may be approved by the Employer. The Employer may deny leave requested under this provision for the holidays specified in Article 10.1, Holidays.
