Common use of Sick/Flex Time Clause in Contracts

Sick/Flex Time. Residents will accrue paid time off (PTO) at the normal hospital rate. Residents are permitted to take 7 days of PTO and the remainder will be paid out to the resident pending successful completion of the program. See PTO policy.
