Sick Leave Accrual and Usage for Hourly ASEs. Hourly ASEs are eligible for paid sick leave as covered in Section 3(1)(a-i). The accrual rate will be one (1) hour for every 40 hours worked (0.025 per hour). Sick leave accrues at the end of the month and is available for use the following month.
