Sick Leave Addition. Upon termination of the industrial accident or illness leave, the employee shall be entitled to such sick leave benefits as are required by law. However, if the employee continues to receive temporary disability indemnity, he/she may elect to take as much of the accumulated sick leave which, when added to the temporary disability indemnity, will not result in a payment of more than what would have been received if working.
