SICK LEAVE CONVERSION PAY. 1. An employee may elect to receive at the time of retirement, under the appropriate state retirement system, a cash payment equal to the value of one-fourth (1/4) of his/her accumulated but unused Sick Leave credit. The maximum number of days payable for such payment under this provision shall not exceed fifty (50) days.
