Common use of SICK LEAVE CREDIT AND GRATUITY PLAN Clause in Contracts

SICK LEAVE CREDIT AND GRATUITY PLAN. 4.5.1 The Sick Leave Credit and Gratuity plan shall apply to Permanent active full-time Employees. a) For the purposes of this Article, an active Employee is an Employee who is actively at work or on an approved leave of absence with pay or an Employee who is on an unpaid absence from work for fifty (50) continuous normal working days or less. b) The Sick Leave Credit and Gratuity Plan shall be as set out in Appendix H.
