Sick Leave Earned During Year of Separation. The amount of an employee's earned sick leave for the fiscal year in which they are separated shall be calculated on the basis of one and one-quarter days for each completed month of service in that fiscal year. For periods of less than one full calendar month the amount earned shall be calculated using the formulas contained in Article 17.2.2.
